SOUNDSCAPESEnvironment plays an important role in regulating nervous systems, healing and day to day life. In a world that is so active, finding small moments of peace and quiet is important. Soundscape, works with the understanding that frequency and vibration makes a huge impact on experience, and our treatments are assisted by tailored soundscapes that include masterful indigenous music pieces by in-house artists, Waitaha practitioners Kikipounamu (ft Atawhai, Rua, Tuarāhonu, Poumanawa, Pūoro Jerome, Wairehu, Jake Kīano Skinner, Dane Scott) as well as additional atunement from resonating soundtracks.

BREATHWORKBreath maintains mauri — when breath is calm and full, a person is considered to be in a state of oranga (wellbeing). When breath is shallow or disrupted, this may indicate mamae (pain), or disconnection from wairua. Breathwork, from this perspective, becomes a way to restore mauri and strengthen the connection to wairua. A breathwork session with our trained facilitators is a minimum of 1 hour, following an intake form and kōrero to identify what is arising for you to acknowledge, honour and release.
